INCIDENT SUMMARY:
On March 16, 2052, approximately 0730 hours, a group of 27 travelers arrived at North Ribbon Checkpoint for routine document verification and crossing authorization. During inspection, irregularities were detected in multiple travelers' documentation, including signs of forgery, tampering, and fraudulent permits.
When travelers were denied crossing and informed of document deficiencies, the group became increasingly hostile and confrontational. Despite repeated de-escalation attempts by checkpoint personnel, travelers refused to comply with lawful orders to clear the checkpoint approach area.
