Executive assistants see everything. We manage calendars, arrange meetings, prepare documents, take notes, coordinate communications. We're invisible but omnipresent.

I've seen 5+ years of classified meetings, documents, communications. I know things the public will never know.

I'm testifying now because what I've seen proves the Authority's formation wasn't emergency response. It was planned. Before the Collapse happened.

Implementation of what? The Collapse hadn't happened yet.
